• Where is the store based?

• How has Covid-19 affected this store?

  In order to keep myself and my roommate safe, I am sending out orders in batches, about once a month or so.

  (Though if you need the order asap, just add a note and I'll try to prioritize it as much as possible!)

  This may cause a large delay on your order (plus that of your postal service at the moment).

  But if you are concerned about your order status, please feel free to send an email for an update!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Shipping always depends on the size of the package, the destination and my availability.

  This is not my full-time job, so I do not mail out orders as soon as they come in. I try to mail orders out within a week, and from there they can take between 1-2 weeks to arrive in Canada or the US.

  Unfortunately I do not have a concrete time for international orders, but if an order has not arrived within a month after shipping, please contact me and I can arrange something!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure do!

• Why don't you accept credit card payments?

  On storenvy, credit card payments automatically get sent to a website called Stripe.

  First of all, a Stripe account must be made to receive your payments.

  Second, once a payment is sent through Stripe, they add a fee, which I have to pay.

  And finally, in order to transfer these payments to a bank account, a USD account is required. As I'm a Canadian Citizen and Resident, I do not have a USD bank account.

  To summarize:

  I have no way of getting the payment if it is done through a credit card.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
